I thought the recession will never hit me as long as I am working for a gov-related orgnisation – now it seems pretty close!

The boss just informed me and a few other new comers that if the Rudd gov doesn’t approve the new budget,  we will have to go, in a few months time…

Well I m putting this shit here so in the undefined future maybe someday I can look back and say ‘hey that was the day when I finally decided to work for myself and made the success!’

Just found a really nice firefox plugin: the pearl crescent page saver

It grabs the entire page (including the off-screen part) including flash, and saves it into a hi-res png. Very handy!

Apple quietly dropped the new line of products, including overpriced macbook, slightly overpriced imac 20 inch, very competitive imac 24 inch, and outrageously overpriced mac pro…

And, the seriously overpriced mac mini!! Come on apple (without jobs), what’s on yer mind? Mini was $899 for the past 2 years and the configuration hasn’t changed much and now it’s $1049? With that much money you can easily get a laptop with twice the power, so how can one machine sans the monitor cost so much?!

I hereby declare that from this day on wards, I boycott mac minis!!

… if the asteroid hits north sydney, HAHA.

Apparently, some ppl like to turn off the error reporting on notices… such as zend

the $queryStr variable is not defined but used directly in a loop… and this caused one notice on the code…

老婆大人胜。。。一个咖喱饭引起的血案

I just finished fable II, in 2 days …

It was a really good game but just too short, and the story is a bit loose (aint that the common problem of all D&D RPG games? I would prefer the Japanese RPGs which always have a linea but profound story line).

And boy how I hate that guy/girl’s face! Can’t our hero be more charming at all?

And the entire game, just 4 towns, hello?

Anyway, I think it’s a good but half-ass game…

Let’s hope that fable III is gonna be better with more towns…

I am gonna trade it in right away now…
